Well known for its frozen foods for the catering industry, Philip Dennis had another story which it needed to tell - that of its 90 year old history which began with a butcher's shop and which had developed into a new quality fresh meat and fish business. Salt Media advised on the creation of a new brand name and logo and created a glossy and original sales brochure for the company, with double covers to promote the fresh fish and butchery sides of the business. Gold ink, original illustrations, greaseproof paper inserts and original photography and copywriting all combined to create a marketing tool which is winning the company new business.
